How an intake request is handled
Eerlijk Veilig collects only the information needed to respond to your request through the public website.
Information
Name, business email, organization, employee range and the context you choose to provide.
Purpose
Assessing your request, contacting you and, where relevant, preparing a scope call or proposal. Details are not used for newsletters or advertising profiles.
Processing
The request is not stored in the AI Security Cockpit or a customer database. It is delivered to the accountable operator by email through Vercel and Resend.
Retention
Information remains available only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, unless an agreement or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Tracking
The website does not use marketing cookies, advertising trackers or customer self-service analytics.
